The ideal candidate will bring a robust understanding of NEC and JCT forms of contract , contract law , and the ability to navigate commercial triggers, risks, and opportunities with confidence and precision.This is a pivotal role with significant responsibility. You will not only lead on all commercial and contractual matters but also contribute strategically to business growth.
