Considering the growth and diversification of the business so far, and as we enter the next phase of our scale-up journey, we are seeking an exceptional Managing Director to accelerate the growth of our London business. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a high-growth firm where you will work closely with the founders to drive performance, culture, and innovation. The role will be both hands-on and strategic:
- Lead from the front: Build and grow your own client portfolio, setting the standard for excellence in business development and customer experience.
- Inspire and develop: Manage, coach, and grow high-performing teams of varying levels of experience.
- Shape the business: As a key member of the board, you’ll influence company-wide decisions and help steer our overall direction.
We are looking for a proven leader who can thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment:
- A seasoned recruiter and people manager with experience leading teams of 15+
- A strong track record in finance and/or executive search (interim or permanent)
- Commercially astute, with a growth mindset and entrepreneurial flair
