Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive a UK market sales strategy with Global Financial Institutions, Private Banks, Family Offices & Wealth Managers as primary audiences.
- Independently manage all aspects of business development including prospecting potential clients and building relationships to secure investing commitments.
- Represent the firm at external meetings and conferences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team in the production of client-specific sales material such as client pitches, sales presentations, and RFPs.
- Monitor the reporting and recording of client documentation and action items in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree (Minimum 2.1) CFA/Masters in Finance or similar preferred.
- 10 years of intermediary sales experience within a leading asset manager.
- Demonstrable business development and client relationship management skills with Private Banks, Family Offices, Global Financial Institutions and Wealth managers in the UK.
- Practical experience with fixed income and alternative investments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as across international teams.
