The Senior Manager / Director, Sales Operations – Global Partner Sales is a critical role within the Revenue Operations team, responsible for driving operational excellence and efficiency to support the Global Partner Organisation’s success. This role will act as a strategic partner with the SVP Global Partners and Global Partner Programs leaders. Reporting into the Revenue Operations Leader, the successful candidate will work collaboratively to streamline processes, manage sales as well as partner data and analytics and enable overall partner team performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with Senior Leaders in the Global Partner Organisation (GPO) to design, implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for an expanding Partner community.
  • Overseeing and executing the semi-annual planning process for the GPO, including global quota creation/allocation, territory assignment and headcount modelling.
  • Collaborating with others in the GPO as well as Revenue Operations, Finance, Commissions and Sales throughout the planning process.
  • Developing, documenting, and standardising GPO operations & processes, ensuring they are efficient and effective; identifying areas of improvement in processes and implementing necessary changes to enhance productivity.
  • Performing analyses across multiple data sets and tools (examples of analyses include GPO performance, partner segmentation, propensity to buy, white space, product-specific analysis, etc.).
  • Providing data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Driving an operating cadence around forecasting and pipeline management to deliver excellence and ensure sustained, predictable growth across all business units.

Experience required:

  • 8+ years of professional experience in Sales Operations/Strategy, Analytics, Business Operations, or other related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data and metrics effectively.
  • Expert in Excel and previous experience working with Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools; experience supporting the implementation of a CRM or other sales tools is a plus.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; effective storyteller who can engage an audience.
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales processes and strategies.
  • Knowledge of sales forecasting and planning methodologies.
  • Ability to thrive in an urgent and evolving environment.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
