The Role: You will work as part of a team to help our patients enjoy their daily routines. Assist with morning routines, mealtimes, personal care, and more to ensure our patients get the most out of their day. Experience in the care sector is not necessary; training will be provided by our knowledgeable trainers.
About Us: Mill Lodge is a 26-bed hospital for adults aged 18 and over experiencing acute mental health issues, located in Kegworth. Rushcliffe Care has over 30 years of experience providing high-quality care to vulnerable individuals. We offer training and development opportunities, including NVQ level awards, fully funded and supported by our in-house training team. Many of our staff have advanced from entry-level positions to management roles within the company.
