An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for a Logistics Supervisor to join the Hatfield UK Break-Fix Service. This role will primarily support and oversee the Goods In and Goods Out processes, ensuring efficient operations and outstanding service delivery. We’re looking for a self-driven, highly organised individual with strong leadership and logistical expertise. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proactive in driving process improvements, and thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

What you’ll do:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Goods In/Out areas.
- Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met consistently.
- Align team resources effectively to meet changing demand levels.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve queries and support high-priority tasks.
- Promote and participate in cross-training and continuous personal/team development.
- Maintain high levels of stock accuracy and picking efficiency.
- Oversee domestic and international shipments via multiple courier partners.
- Manage vendor repair returns, both in and out of warranty.
- Oversee SWAP repair returns to relevant stock locations.
- Ensure biannual execution of SLA stock placement initiatives by Stores teams.
- Produce and present Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Apply manual cost charges where applicable.
- Conduct 1-2-1s and manage team performance effectively.
- Lead and document team briefings both verbally and in writing.
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Maintain compliance with BSI standards.
What you’ll need:
- Proven experience in logistics or warehouse supervision.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive, adaptable approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with systems such as SAP, ServiceNow, ITSM, WMSC, or MRP is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels.
