Job Description: Drive revenue growth by securing sponsorships for all virtual events. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sponsorship revenue targets. Identify, research, and target potential sponsors aligned with our event themes and audience. Create compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations tailored to prospective sponsors\’ needs. Conduct outreach to potential sponsors via phone, email, and virtual meetings. Negotiate sponsorship agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships. Maintain and nurture relationships with existing sponsors. Collaborate with internal teams to successfully deliver sponsored elements. Track and report on sales metrics, providing regular updates to senior management. Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape. Qualifications: Bachelor\’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 1-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the Events or related industries. Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong relationship-building abilities with a client-focused approach. Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
