Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by developing a detailed knowledge of the product.
- Develop detailed knowledge of the product in order to provide exceptional customer service.
- Build, develop, and maintain your own client database and demonstrate the luxury lifestyle in everything you do.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Replenish stock and support the team in stock takes.
- Participate in and present Jimmy Choo during promotional events and other activities.
- Have the opportunity to contribute ideas and suggestions that will support the Store’s performance.
