We are looking for a kind, caring, enthusiastic practitioner to join the team here at Hickory House Childcare.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 / 3 in Childcare
  • Β£12.77 per hour
  • Flexible working hours
  • Previous experience in Early Years required

We have both indoor and outdoor learning with a forest-skills inspired outdoor space that fosters exploration and curiosity. We believe in play-based education using a heuristic approach: β€œPlay is the highest expression of human development in childhood, for it alone is the free expression of what is in a child’s soul.” (Friedrich Froebel)

Open 7.30am to 6.30pm for day care and school wrap-around care. We offer a range of staff benefits which include PAID lunch breaks.
