What You’ll Do:
- Manage your own patient list—capped to ensure quality care.
- Conduct home visits, remote consultations, and in-person assessments.
- Work flexibly, with control over your schedule.
- Become a trusted advocate for your patients, with time to follow up and provide holistic care.
- Be part of a tight-knit clinical team, fully supported by practice management and nursing staff.

- Clear & Transparent Pay: Starting salary: £110K After 1 year: £115K After 2 years: £120K
