Join our team at Terex Omagh and embark on an exciting opportunity as we seek a skilled and dedicated Production Trainer to contribute to our Operations team. Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- This role is responsible for completing all new employee Production training plus ongoing refresher training as required.
- Organising and maintaining the Production training centre, with structured training plans devised for forthcoming weeks/months.
- Documenting all training presentations and training records.
- Updating and maintaining team members’ competency matrices for all Production areas in line with skill levels for various pay bands.
- Completing Technical Hydraulic Training for Team Members including aspects of the Hydraulic Safety Roadmap.
- Upskilling and training team members on the use and maintenance of tools.
- Completing on-the-job training to individuals setting up crushers on the production line.
- Assisting with interviewing new applicants when required and assessing their basic mechanical/hydraulic training.
- Completing and supporting training audits when required.
- Ad hoc tasks as required by the Quality manager to support business needs and requirements.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Previous knowledge/experience working in a Manufacturing environment.
- Previous Training Experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Excellent Computer Skills.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
