We’re looking for a confident and capable Finance Business Partner to step into a 3-month interim role within the social housing sector. This is a great opportunity to lead on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across asset investment and maintenance programmes.
- Delivering accurate management accounts and insightful reporting
- Managing budgets for investment, compliance, and repairs
- Leading on fixed asset register and reconciliations
- Supporting year-end accounts and audit
- Advising budget holders and promoting value for money
What we’re looking for:
- CCAB qualified with a solid CPD record
- Strong experience in financial planning & reporting (preferably housing or public sector)
- Hands-on knowledge of VAT (including VAT Shelter), fixed assets & financial systems
- Great communicator who can explain complex finance clearly
- Team leader with a drive for service improvement
