Crown Oil Environmental is hiring a Forecourt Pipefitter specialising in Fuel Tank Systems. In this role, you will ensure the safety and efficiency of fuel tank installations and maintenance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Installing, repairing, and maintaining piping systems for fuel storage and distribution while adhering to regulatory standards.
  • Inspecting fuel pipe systems for defects or leaks and making necessary repairs.
  • Performing routine maintenance on fuel tank systems, including cleaning and lubricating components.
  • Testing fuel tank and pipework systems for proper functioning and safety.
  • Collaborating with engineers and project managers to plan and execute fuel tank system installations and upgrades.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with forecourt tank systems and implementing appropriate solutions.
  • Adhering to safety protocols and regulations ensuring a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a pipefitter, specifically with fuel tank systems.
  • Certification or equivalent training in pipefitting and welding.
  • Strong knowledge of safety standards and environmental regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Proficient in the use of hand and power tools related to pipefitting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Desirable accreditations include Confined Space, IPAF, PASMA, and (SPA) Petrol Safety Passport.
  • A driving license and CSCS card are essential to be considered.
