As a Warehouse Controller at GSF Car Parts, you will be responsible for motivating and leading a team of Warehouse Operatives. Your role will ensure that stock levels meet sales budgets and that the warehouse operations run smoothly.
Main Duties Include:
- Manage the organisation and performance of the Goods In, Goods Out, Returns, and Stock Control departments
- Pick and load vans/carriers accurately for timely customer delivery
- Check stock quantities against computer records
- Develop effective solutions to challenges using personal judgment and initiative
- Assist the branch manager with holiday/sickness cover, weekly planning, team development, and coordination with drivers to optimize delivery services
- Create a positive environment where employees are valued and can reach their potential
Working Hours: Average hours are Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working.
About You: You should have a proven track record of managing a warehouse, ideally within a fast-paced environment such as FMCG.
