  • Client Engagement: Proactively gather essential information and documentation from small to medium-sized business clients to enable Ryan to maximize their clients’ savings opportunities.
  • Expectation Management: Clearly communicate processes and timescales to clients, ensuring transparency and understanding.
  • Relationship Building: Deliver exceptional service to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Data Accuracy: Keep client records up to date and accurate, reflecting any changes correctly.
  • Opportunity Identification: Seek renewal and referral opportunities for other Ryan services to ensure all client savings avenues are explored.
