We’re on the lookout for a Payroll Advisor to join a fast-growing business at an exciting time of change. You’ll be working closely with another seasoned Payroll Specialist and a wider People Services team to process payroll for around 350 employees across the UK (with the chance to get involved in international payroll too if that interests you).
A bit about the role:
- End-to-end payroll processing for multiple UK entities
- Collaborating with HR, Finance and external providers
- Supporting payroll queries with a positive, people-first attitude
- Staying ahead of legislation and keeping things compliant
- Helping out with payroll reporting, reconciliations and audit requests
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has solid experience in UK payroll (ideally in a mid-to-large business)
- Holds a UK payroll qualification (CIPP or equivalent)
- Is confident with systems and has an eye for detail
- Genuinely cares about people getting paid correctly and on time
- Brings a proactive, curious and friendly approach
