We are actively seeking a Spa Shift Engineer at Pennyhill Park. Working alongside the maintenance team, you will ensure that all facilities within the Spa are maintained to high standards. Your role involves carrying out PPM to ensure our guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all Health and Safety & statutory requirements are met, with records kept up to date.
- Maintain and service plant and controls within the Spa to keep them in full working order.
- Perform PPM on all Spa plant rooms and public areas.
- Maintain public areas within the Spa to the highest standards, exceeding customer expectations.
- Assist in training and developing team members within the department.
- Support departmental projects or tasks within the hotel as required.
- Build good rapport with external contractors to ensure smooth servicing and maintenance, and respond promptly to call outs.
