Base pay range Job Summary The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) is an arm\’s length body of the Department of Health and Social Care, supporting the NHS, its workforce, and millions of UK citizens. We operate at scale, enabling the flow of Β£100 billion in NHS funds annually and powering services that touch every part of the health and social care system. We\’re looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our Readiness and Implementation team as part of the Future Workforce programme – a nationally significant digital programme designed to support workforce transformation across England and Wales. In this role, you\’ll support NHS organisations in their optimisation of ESR, the current workforce solution and preparing for the transition to the future solution, providing expert guidance, driving strategic readiness, and ensuring stakeholders are equipped to optimise and embrace the future solution. There are 5 roles available across the following areas: London National (England) Main duties of the job You\’ll provide hands on support and guidance to user organisations in their optimisation of the current NHS workforce system (ESR), and working with them in preparing for, and implementing the future NHS workforce solution. Driving the strategic priorities of the programme, ensuring excellent service. Lead and support optimisation initiatives with user organisations, including the creation of project plans, delivery of workshops and webinars, and provision of expert advice to enhance use of ESR. Collaborate with user organisations to ensure robust ESR optimisation project plans are in place as part of wider readiness. Assist Implementation Managers in developing and delivering readiness frameworks. Collect, analyse and share relevant data and insights relating to ESR optimisation and organisational readiness. Report on project progress, emerging risks, and inter-dependencies. Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders across user organisations, promoting engagement in both current ESR optimisation and future system roll-out. Deliver targeted education and training to support ESR optimisation and promote a self-service culture, driving improved user experience. Encourage effective use of roll-out materials and guidance, ensuring user organisations are well-equipped for successful transformation.
