Join us on this mission as a Senior Programme Manager within our Programmes team. You will provide a pivotal role with shaping assigned projects across agreed programmes of work and report on the progress of technical, engineering and associated activities. You will ensure that projects are managed, coordinated and completed in accordance with expectations, and you will also guide the work of support and technical colleagues assigned to specific projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include establishing project plans, initiating internal work orders ensuring they are communicated to relevant departments, resources are appropriately allocated and that project costs are monitored.

You will help us listen to customers; you will help them understand how they can best deploy our product, and you will be an expert voice who represents our business.

Characteristics & Skills

• Degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent experience
• Broad project management experience including new product initiation (NPI)
• Have an eye for detail and getting things right
• Know how to listen and communicate effectively with others
