Accounts Senior

Location: Lancaster

Salary: From £28,000+ (dependent on experience)

Position: Full Time

Are you an experienced Accounts professional looking for your next move?

I\’m working with a growing accountancy practice that’s looking to bring an Accounts Senior into their team. If you’re AAT qualified or qualified by experience, this could be a strong fit for you.

The Role:

• Handle bookkeeping and VAT returns for a broad mix of clients
• Prepare year-end financial statements for limited companies, partnerships and sole traders
• Complete corporation tax computations
• Prepare self-assessment tax returns
• Support ad-hoc client work across the team
• Assist with payroll as and when required

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within practice
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, VAT, and tax return processes
• Confidence managing your own workload
• Good communication skills with both colleagues and clients
