Junior Campaign Representative

We’re expanding to Colchester and looking for driven, ambitious individuals to join our newest team as Junior Campaign Representatives. Whether you\’re a recent graduate or just looking to launch your career in sales and marketing, this role offers hands-on experience, professional growth, and uncapped potential.

What You\’ll Do

• Represent leading brands in face-to-face campaigns
• Generate leads, present offers, and negotiate with customers
• Help build and manage small campaign teams as you progress
• Analyse campaign performance and improve customer engagement
• Attend marketing events and support outreach strategies

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication and people skills
• A self-starter who’s goal-driven and coachable
• Ambition to grow into leadership or management roles

• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the UK
