Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between the marketing team, Business Development, and the Head of Studio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
  • Approve all content for social media, marketing, and advertising initiatives before they are submitted to the Head of Studio for final sign-off
  • Attend monthly PR meetings with external PR agency and Directors to provide support
  • Delegate tasks, set team goals, and monitor progress to meet deadlines and objectives
  • Design, oversee, collaborate with the marketing team to plan, create, and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, from concept to completion (email, social, paid media, newsletter, etc.)
  • Develop and oversee the execution of the company’s social media strategy across all platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Websites, and Pinterest
  • Ensure content is on-brand, creative, and aligned with business objectives
  • Ensure that all campaigns are fully integrated with the company’s overall marketing goals, brand image, and maximum reach
  • Ensure that all digital content adheres to the company’s brand guidelines and tone of voice
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation in social media and marketing campaigns
  • Lead creative brainstorming sessions and strategy development, ensuring the team produces high-quality content and campaigns
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the Social-Media & Marketing Executive, ensuring high performance and professional growth
  • Liaise with graphic and website designers and other suppliers as required
  • Liaise with other departments, such as design team, to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all subjects
  • Maintain a strong organisational presence across events and delegate to team members where required
  • Monitor the performance of social media channels, using analytics to measure success, grow followers, and identify areas for improvement (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Oversee Social-Media & Marketing Executive’s responsibility for allocated event budget, outlining to Operations Director all expenditures incurred
  • Produce copy and collate images for press enquiries
  • Provide administrative support for internal communications and documents within the company
  • Report closely with the Head of Studio to align social media and marketing initiatives with the studio’s broader objectives
  • Report on key metrics, insights, and campaign results to the Head of Studio
  • Respond to any public relations issues on social media, coordinating with the PR team as necessary
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all final sign-offs from the Head of Studio on social media and marketing content
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring the brand adopts best practices and leverages emerging platforms and tools
  • Lead and manage the overall marketing strategy, focusing on the oversight and execution of all social media platforms
  • Manage the Social-Media and Marketing Executive, ensuring consistent brand messaging, campaign performance, and audience engagement across all digital channels
  • Write and proofread copy, helping develop a level of continuity in all written materials issued about the brand in line with Brand Guidelines
  • Write editorial copy in an industry-appropriate and professional tone of voice for online blog posts and project updates

Knowledge & Skills

  • Competent content generator (written, photo, and video)
  • Creating and managing social media strategies, working with a marketing executive to execute these
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in social media
  • Knowledge of social media apps, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
  • Line management of junior team members
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in managing multi-brand accounts
  • Preferable bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar in social media-relevant fields
  • Strategically minded, able to think long term and move campaigns along
  • Strong analytical thinking skills
  • Versed in complete website management
  • Versed in delivering considered email marketing campaigns
