We’re seeking a qualified and experienced Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) with a background in Plastering. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing vocational training provider delivering long-term, high-impact apprenticeship programmes across the South East and Greater London.

Working in a hybrid model, you will provide high-quality internal quality assurance for apprenticeships in Plastering qualifications. You’ll support and mentor assessors, maintain awarding body compliance, and help drive continuous improvement in delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct internal quality assurance of apprenticeship delivery across Plastering (up to Level 2).
  • Support and guide assessors to ensure consistent, high-standard delivery in line with awarding body and Ofsted expectations.
  • Carry out sampling, observations, and internal verification activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion of IQA records.
  • Assist with preparation and readiness for EQA and audit visits.
  • Provide feedback, CPD, and coaching to assessors to support professional growth.
  • Contribute to curriculum development and resource management.
