Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) – Plastering Location: Hybrid – 50/50 split between home working and on-site delivery (Greater London & South East) Salary: Up to £50,000 (based on experience & qualifications) Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Start Date: July 2025 Role Overview We’re seeking a qualified and experienced Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) with a background in Plastering. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing vocational training provider delivering long-term, high-impact apprenticeship programmes across the South East and Greater London. Working in a hybrid model, you will provide high-quality internal quality assurance for apprenticeships in Plastering qualifications. You'll support and mentor assessors, maintain awarding body compliance, and help drive continuous improvement in delivery. Key Responsibilities * Conduct internal quality assurance of apprenticeship delivery across Plastering (up to Level 2). * Support and guide assessors to ensure consistent, high-standard delivery in line with awarding body and Ofsted expectations. * Carry out sampling, observations, and internal verification activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion of IQA records. * Assist with preparation and readiness for EQA and audit visits. * Provide feedback, CPD, and coaching to assessors to support professional growth. * Contribute to curriculum development and resource …
