OH Medical is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join a forward-thinking Occupational Health Provider, in a Hybrid Part-Time (4 Days) Permanent role. This exciting opportunity offers you the chance to be site-based 3 days per week with 1 day working from home. Your on-site days will see you cover a client site in Newark 2 days per week and one in Worksop 1 day per week.
The Role: This role offers the ideal chance for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to provide a full remit Occupational Health Service operating to high clinical standards. Your duties will include:
- On-site Health Surveillance Clinic that includes Audio, Spiro, HAVS and Skin Assessments
- Pre-Employment Medicals & Questionnaires
- Remote & In-person Case Management Referrals – Max 4 per Day
- Sickness Absence Management
- Health and Wellbeing Promotion
Required Skills: To be the successful Occupational Health Advisor candidate for this role, you'll be:
- An NMC Registered Nurse
- Preferably Qualified to Degree/Diploma level in Occupational Health
- With a minimum of 2 years previous experience in Occupational Health, with experience in both Case Management and Health Surveillance with Current Audiometry & Spirometry Training Certificates.
- Able to demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of best practices and their practical application.
- An excellent communicator with skills in both verbal and written communication, including proficiency in report writing.
- Possess excellent IT Literacy and record-keeping skills.
- A holder of a full clean driving licence with their own vehicle, able to travel to customer sites.
