Warehouse Team Leader

Just Recruitment is partnering with a well-established and successful business in Earls Colne to recruit a Warehouse Team Leader to join their long-standing team. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience or proven experience in a leadership role within a similar environment. Responsibilities include: Supervise employees engaged in order fulfillment activities. Ensure timely and effective order processing. Serve as the first point of contact for employees, escalating issues to management when necessary. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and relevant laws. Monitor employee performance and progress towards set goals. Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. Accurately pick items from storage locations and report shortages to the front-line manager. Oversee packing of customer orders. Supervise container loading and unloading processes. Candidate requirements: Valid Forklift License. Good communication skills. Proven leadership and employee management abilities. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS). #J-18808-Ljbffr
