Customer Advisor at BandQ

Join our team and become an expert advisor—an inspiration and guide for our customers. You will get to know each customer and their home improvement projects intimately. Your responsibilities will include sales, managing stock, setting up displays, and ensuring your store looks inviting. You will have opportunities to learn paint-mixing and timber-cutting, but delivering excellent customer service will be your primary focus. We are looking for someone who is friendly, outgoing, eager to learn, and passionate about home improvement. You should enjoy helping others, be comfortable using new technology, and open to learning new ways of working. Teamwork is essential, and flexibility to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays is required.
