Responsibilities:
This position works under the direction of the Director of Business Development. Responsibilities include cultivating referral relationships, managing assigned territory, completing patient assessments, and analyzing referral and admission data. The role involves making sales contacts, collaborating with team members including the Admissions Manager, nursing staff, and external stakeholders to facilitate referral conversion. Providing feedback and recommendations for program development and quality improvement initiatives related to customer service, referral and admission processes, and patient and referral source satisfaction. Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with all stakeholders including prospective patients, families, physicians, nurses, discharge planners, case managers, and payer representatives.
Qualifications:
Education and Training: Degree from an accredited college or university in a health-related field, preferably nursing. Current licensure in nursing or respiratory therapy is required. Prior marketing and/or rehabilitation/LTACH experience is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of two years’ experience in the relevant field, preferably with rehabilitation/LTACH and marketing experience.
Pay Range: USD $80,000.00 - USD $100,000.00 per year.
