We are looking for a motivated and passionate BMC Software Consultant with experience to join an expanding team to support, drive faster delivery, and more robust solutions to our clients. As a BMC Software Consultant at ANS Digital Transformation, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis of requirements for delivering a stable and maintainable solution. Your responsibility will be to implement and enhance the BMC Helix platform, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and documentation to ensure the optimal development performance & delivery of the solution.
Responsibilities aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of BMC Helix software systems within an organization:
- Assist clients through the BMC Helix software implementation process, ensuring effective integration, configuration, and deployment of software solutions.
- Analyze the current systems, infrastructure, and procedures of clients to identify areas for enhancement or optimization.
- Understand the objectives and requirements of the client to tailor solutions effectively.
- Stay updated with emerging BMC Helix technologies and assess their suitability for specific projects.
- Perform business process workshops to capture requirements and involve clients in decision-making processes to ensure alignment with their expectations.
- Evaluate and recommend BMC Helix technology solutions.
Skillset:
- Product expertise in BMC Helix ITSM configuration.
- Product expertise in BMC Helix BHOM.
- Product expertise in BMC Helix Discovery & CMDB.
- Experience in the implementation, administration, and configuration of BMC Remedy ITSM Applications, Integrations, Customizations.
- Product expertise in BMC Helix Control-M.
- Familiarity with SaaS and On-prem deployments of BMC Software solutions.
- ITIL certified.
