Quality Control Supervisor

Key Responsibilities: Conduct AQL assessments on decorated stock. Perform MEK and cross-hatch adhesion tests. Maintain accurate records linked to batch tracking. Carry out visual quality inspections of containers. Ensure correct paint levels and label application. Operate light screen inspection and packing machinery. Support other departments with corrective actions. Maintain compliance with quality and safety standards. Requirements: Previous experience in a Quality Control role. Experience with AQL assessments and MEK testing. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Organised, with strong reporting and documentation skills. GCSEs in Maths, English, and Science (Grade C or above preferred). Experience in glass or FMCG manufacturing desirable.
