Our client, a reputable manufacturing plant based in Stoke, is currently in search of an experienced Technical Estimator.

In this role, the successful candidate will play a key part in supporting and growing the sales and marketing functions of the business. You\’ll be working in a supportive environment full-time from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Thursday, and 8:30am to 4:00pm on Fridays.

Duties – Technical Estimator

As a Technical Estimator, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining professional customer relations.
• Liaising with manufacturing, design, and purchasing teams.
• Providing accurate and comprehensive quotations based on a thorough understanding of materials, labor, and timelines.
• You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively within a team while also developing a keen understanding of the products and their manufacturing processes.

Experience required – Technical Estimator

To be considered, candidates should have:

• Prior experience in a similar role, along with strong communication skills and a flexible attitude towards work.
• Sales office role experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with CAD and ability to read and interpret construction & product drawings are advantageous, though not essential.
