Client Details Our client is a growing accountancy firm in Lancashire with multiple offices. They offer a comprehensive range of accounting, audit, corporate finance, tax planning, and business advisory services with a focus on building long-term client relationships. Description Client leadership – Managing a portfolio of audit clients, maintaining strong client relationships, and acting as the primary point of contact for key stakeholdersTechnical oversight – Ensuring all audit work meets professional standards, reviewing complex technical issues, and providing final quality review of audit filesTeam management – Leading, developing, and mentoring audit managers and their teams, including performance evaluations and career progressionRisk management – Identifying and addressing audit risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and implementing quality control proceduresBusiness development – Contributing to practice growth through identifying new opportunities, participating in proposals, and cross-selling additional servicesStrategic input – Contributing to the firm\’s audit strategy, methodology improvements, and implementation of new audit technologiesFinancial management – Monitoring engagement profitability, managing resource allocation, and ensuring timely billing and collectionRegulatory responsibilities – Acting as a Responsible Individual (RI) signing audit reports and maintaining appropriate professional skepticism and independenceMarket presence – Representing the firm at events, building networks, and enhancing the firm\’s market reputation through thought leadershipInnovation – Driving adoption of new audit approaches, technologies, and methodologies to improve audit efficiency and effectiveness Profile ACA/ACCA Qualified RI status (desired) Technical excellence Leadership skills Job Offer A competitive salary of £75-95k Hybrid working and flexibility. 2/3 at the office or out at clients Pension contributions with the option to opt into a salary exchange scheme Company events Subsidised social events Training and development opportunities /support Wellbeing initiatives (internal and external) 33 days holiday Onsite Parking Client Referral Scheme Employee Referral Bonus Opportunity to buy/sell holidays Simply Healthcare plan Cycle to work scheme Electric car scheme Onsite electric car charging #J-18808-Ljbffr
