We complete over one property inspection every 12 seconds and employ more than 600 surveyors across the UK, from Land’s End to John O’Groats and Northern Ireland. This enables us to offer extensive nationwide coverage with valuable local knowledge.
We are part of the LSL Property Services PLC Group, which includes Your Move, Reeds Rains, and the mortgage network PRIMIS. Our clients include lenders, intermediaries, social housing entities, estate agents, and private customers. We are seeking additional RICS-accredited Residential Surveyors nationwide to support the increasing volume of Mortgage Valuation work for the UK’s leading lenders. Our large network and size allow us to offer the most comprehensive postcode coverage among corporate brands, minimizing travel time and maximizing survey efficiency.
About You: You should be a RICS registered valuer with at least one year of post-qualification experience in residential surveying, including Mortgage Valuations and HomeBuyer Reports.
