How you’ll power our business as a Fulfilment Coordinator As a Fulfilment Coordinator, you’ll be a vital part of our Logistics team, coordinating across departments to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of bulk gas orders. You’ll serve as the main contact for drivers during the day, supporting them in real-time, managing and adjusting delivery routes as needed. You’ll maintain close communication with Customer Service, Sales, Sites, and Drivers to ensure excellent customer service. This fast-paced, solutions-driven role involves daily administrative tasks, raising and resolving health and safety concerns, and keeping stakeholders informed of potential operational issues. You’ll work with key systems and help improve communication within the department. Although Flogas has a fossil fuels background, we are committed to transitioning to 100% renewable energy by 2040. We support our customers in reducing carbon emissions by switching from oil to gas and are developing offerings in heat pumps, solar panels, bio-fuels, and renewable gases, providing job security and exciting new initiatives.
