Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Application Packager to join our Managed Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, testing, and deploying application packages for our clients. This role requires a thorough understanding of application packaging technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other technology professionals. Key Responsibilities: Create, test, and deploy application packages using industry-standard tools and techniques Collaborate with clients to understand their application packaging requirements and provide tailored solutions Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application packaging and deployment Maintain and update application packaging documentation and procedures Work closely with other members of the Managed Services team to ensure seamless integration of application packages into client environments Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding application packaging and deployment Stay up-to-date with the latest application packaging technologies and best practices Requirements Proven experience as an Application Packager or in a similar role Strong knowledge of application packaging tools such as Microsoft SCCM, Microsoft InTune, Orca, AdminStudio, and InstallShield Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, VBScript, or Batch Familiarity with Windows operating systems and software deployment methodologies Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are a plus Benefits Why people choose to grow their careers at UBDS Group Professionals choose to grow their careers at UBDS Group for its reputation as a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation that is deeply committed to both innovation and employee development.
