Key Responsibilities Provide first-line support for finance and business systems, especially 365BC. Analyze and improve existing systems to meet changing business needs. Manage system configurations, upgrades, and integrations. Ensure data governance, GDPR/DORA compliance, and system security. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into system solutions. Support end-user training and prepare clear documentation. Assist in regulatory reporting and deriving business insights from systems. Ideal Candidate Profile Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Finance. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Strong understanding of finance subsystems (e.g., G/L, Accounts). Proficiency in SQL and AL development. Experience with system implementations, upgrades, and migrations. Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
