My client is seeking a proactive and technically skilled Business Systems Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (365BC). This role offers an excellent opportunity to support, optimize, and develop critical business systems within a multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support for finance and business systems, especially 365BC.
- Analyze and improve existing systems to meet changing business needs.
- Manage system configurations, upgrades, and integrations.
- Ensure data governance, GDPR/DORA compliance, and system security.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into system solutions.
- Support end-user training and prepare clear documentation.
- Assist in regulatory reporting and deriving business insights from systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Finance.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Strong understanding of finance subsystems (e.g., G/L, Accounts).
- Proficiency in SQL and AL development.
- Experience with system implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
