As Campaign Executive you will be developing and delivering central creative campaigns and campaign plans for paid, owned and earned channels. In addition, you will support in the delivery of our acquisition campaigns both ATL paid media in the UK. You will work with our internal design team and agency partners to marry together world class creative and performance. You will bring the brand to life through innovative campaigns covering everything from the Valentines Gifting to Chocolate Love Match. You will work with our agency partners and digital media to ensure that your campaigns achieve their brand and commercial targets, ensuring that we are constantly learning and improving our activity.

JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Brief and deliver creative campaigns and manage through to delivery.
  • Take inputs from your key stakeholders to ensure that we are meeting their requirements and work with the channel teams to build in requirements and channel learnings.
  • Responsible for managing and monitoring campaign critical paths to ensure all deliverables are met on time and within scope.
  • Organise and lead channel planning meetings, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align plans and strategies.
  • Work with our internal design team to develop the creative concept and take through to delivery of a campaign toolkit for channels and markets to implement.
  • Act as the campaign owner to ensure that the campaign is executed effectively and run post campaign reviews to capture learnings.
  • Manage the budget associated with the campaign.
  • Work closely with Paid Media, PR, Website, Social, Retail & CRM teams to maximize the effectiveness of your campaigns across channels.
  • Liaise with Internal Comms to ensure everyone in the business is aware of the campaign.
  • Devise quality campaign briefs for new creative ideas- incorporating insights, industry trends, and competitor analysis for effective campaigns.
  • Act on customer, performance and testing insight to deliver improvements in your campaign creative and media choices/targeting to ensure that we are spending our budget as effectively as possible.
  • Recommend new opportunities and channels for campaign opportunities.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Demonstrable experience in a consumer brand of successful marketing campaign briefing and delivery.
  • Demonstrable experience in campaign performance reporting and testing programme set-up and measurement.
  • Setting and managing campaign budgets effectively.
  • Excellent creative judgement and demonstrable experience of working with in-house or agency creative teams.
  • Organised, meticulous and results driven.
  • Working with agencies.
