About the Role

As a Barista Maestro (Team Leader), you’ll have your first taste of leadership responsibility, accountability, and autonomy. You’ll be involved in daily operations, stock management, health & safety, store marketing, and other engaging activities. Your focus will be on creating uplifting experiences for customers and inspiring your team to prioritize excellent customer service.

• Leading shifts to support your team in delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Maximizing team talents to boost sales
• Training and certifying new Baristas
• Learning and sharing new recipes and product ranges
• Maintaining high standards in service quality and coffee excellence
• Representing the brand positively and helping us shine
