Responsibilities

  • Support in managing, directing, and assisting team members in their delivery of a safe and effective programme, ensuring a motivated and happy team.
  • Plan and execute structured and exciting activities that encourage maximum participation, such as multi-sports, games, arts and crafts, structured play, and more ensuring they are age appropriate.
  • Ensure that there is effective communication between your Club Manager, venue, your team, parents, the school or host leisure centre, and Central Operations.

Are you organized, process-driven, proactive, reliable, and flexible, and would relish creating an environment where people and children can thrive? You would help plan then supervise and deliver planned activities with structure and enthusiasm. This includes a wide range from multi sports, games, arts & crafts, downtime and structured play. You will also implement our protocols and policies with the team members.

This role requires compliance with the Keeping Children Safe in Education policy and is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (ROA) 1974. We will conduct a DBS check on your behalf, so please prepare the correct documentation. You must meet these requirements to be eligible for the hiring process.
