Regulatory Affairs Lead – Challenger Brand Driving Compliance Strategy – Rapid Growth CPG Co. Job Description If you’re an aspiring reg affairs leader with a passion for driving growth via delivery of expert compliance strategy, this is one for you! Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing / Innovation, this newly created role will see you take the lead in all key regulatory matters for this rapidly growing recent market entrant. This impressive and now household name plays in key categories across household and personal care, forming part of a wider group whose reputation for expansion and growth via acquisition is unrivalled. Culturally this is evident across the group in a visibly open door, empowered, and autonomous environment – specifically here, we’re looking for an individual who will embrace the opportunity to develop the function, their role, and status and increase headcount within 18 months. You’ll need a proven track record in a highly regulated category such as personal care, healthcare, household or nutrition along with a solid appreciation of processes across EU and US regulatory and legislative bodies. Due to the high levels of internal collaboration, this role will need presence 2 days per week on site at their lead production, development site in the North East, with 3 days working from home.
