The Role We are seeking a Medical Devices Support Specialist based in Guildford . The primary responsibility is to provide on-site, hands-on client support for KARL STORZ medical devices at hospitals or surgical facilities, mainly within the Operating Department and clinical areas. The specialist will ensure equipment availability and functionality, facilitate staff training, implement quality improvements, and uphold high standards of service. About You Experience in a hospital setting, working within a collaborative, service-oriented team. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to concentrate, think independently, and make quick decisions. Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach. Effective communication skills across all levels and ability to work independently. Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage priorities. Strong organisational skills and multi-tasking ability. Experience with endoscopic equipment is advantageous but not essential. Proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and reporting tools. Qualifications Healthcare or technical qualification preferred. GCSE level education or equivalent experience preferred.
