Responsibilities Complete and scan required record-keeping forms upon guest admission, transfer, and discharge. Chart nurses’ notes clearly reflecting the care provided and the guest’s response. Report discrepancies concerning physician’s orders, diet changes, or charting errors to the Director of Nursing. Document unauthorized discharges appropriately in the guest’s medical record as per procedures. Qualifications Current, unencumbered LPN/LVN license or Compact State license. Minimum of 2 years of LPN/LVN experience. Ability to educate patients and families on various disease processes, with good medication knowledge and wound care experience.
