- Complete and scan required record-keeping forms upon guest admission, transfer, and discharge.
- Chart nurses’ notes clearly reflecting the care provided and the guest’s response.
- Report discrepancies concerning physician’s orders, diet changes, or charting errors to the Director of Nursing.
- Document unauthorized discharges appropriately in the guest’s medical record as per procedures.
- Current, unencumbered LPN/LVN license or Compact State license.
- Minimum of 2 years of LPN/LVN experience.
- Ability to educate patients and families on various disease processes, with good medication knowledge and wound care experience.
