Our global information technology company is committed to client service and innovation in IT. We are currently seeking a Campus Recruiter to join our Early Careers team in EMEA as we grow our campus presence across the region. In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of talent by leading the recruitment of graduates and interns across Europe.

Acting as a trusted advisor to the business, you will drive attraction, selection and onboarding initiatives to ensure a top-tier candidate experience, while also supporting stakeholder engagement and diversity goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Take the lead on end-to-end recruitment for graduate and intern roles, ensuring strong candidate pipelines and seamless processes.
  • Screen applications, conduct interviews and communicate with candidates, providing constructive feedback.
  • Attract candidates via LinkedIn, campus events and partnerships with student ambassadors.
  • Provide strategic updates to hiring managers, sharing pipeline and market data to inform decision-making.
  • Support the development of onboarding and Early Careers programmes with HR and Talent Development.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in early careers recruitment, either in-house or via an agency/RPO. Ideally, you will have completed three full recruitment cycles in the European market.
  • Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of other European languages (French, Dutch, etc.) would be advantageous.
  • Strong organisational skills and a sense of service are essential to ensure a positive experience for candidates and stakeholders.
  • Passionate about diversity, inclusion and the continuous improvement of early talent strategies.

Ideally based in the UK (Manchester) or Paris or Apeldoorn for the campus and events presence.
