An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, strategic and hands-on SEO Manager as we strengthen our Group Digital Marketing Team. We are looking for someone who is confident, self-motivated, and passionate about digital marketing with 5+ years managing multiple websites. This role includes a keen interest in growing client visibility through technical SEO, CRO, content optimisation, and link acquisition. As our Group continues to grow, we expect the SEO function to expand, and therefore we seek an individual with management experience to build, mentor, develop, and motivate a team. Working within the existing Digital Team, you will be responsible for enhancing organic search performance across multiple websites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies to meet business objectives
- Using Google Search Console and SEO tools to monitor and report on performance
- Collaborating with marketing colleagues to execute effective SEO campaigns across multiple websites
- Providing regular SEO performance reports and insights
- Researching keywords and identifying content opportunities
- Tracking competitor activity and refining strategies accordingly
- Staying updated on industry trends and Google algorithm updates
Knowledge and Experience:
- Proven expertise in SEO principles, with at least 3+ years in an agency or multi-website environment
- B2B experience is essential; professional services experience is a plus
- Proficiency with a range of SEO tools and software
- Experience in both national and local SEO
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
