Location: Sittingbourne – hybrid (2 days in the office)

Main duties

  • Develop and manage business relationships with the designated export customer base, while conducting research and identifying marketing opportunities.

The Role

  • Exceed company’s sales and marketing targets by implementing agreed marketing plans, training, and monitoring results.
  • Gather, analyse, and summarise market data, competition, product performance, and trends.
  • Based on your nominated geographical areas, provide the BDM Team Leader with sales budgets and reports to monitor KPIs.
  • Hold regular staff meetings to discuss performance and strategies to improve the export business.
  • Attend exhibition visits and participate in frequent international travel to visit clients.

The Candidate

  • Fluent in French (written and spoken) - Essential.
  • Previous experience in business-to-business sales and business development.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of different markets and customers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Technical competence.
