About the Opportunity
An exciting 12-month fixed-term opportunity has arisen for a standalone Payroll & Benefits Specialist to take the reins and make a real impact. You will take full ownership of payroll operations for both the UK (around 350 employees) and the Republic of Ireland, while also steering the coordination of a wide range of employee benefits. In this varied and rewarding role, you will:
- Run end-to-end payroll for the UK and Republic of Ireland, ensuring every detail is spot-on
- Guarantee compliance with all PAYE legislation and statutory regulations including SSP, SMP, SPP, and auto-enrolment
- Use ADP systems to deliver timely and accurate payroll cycles
- Oversee benefits including pension schemes, private medical insurance, and car fleet administration
- Be the go-to person for third-party benefit providers, ensuring seamless communication
- Respond to payroll queries with clarity and professionalism
- Create insightful payroll reports to inform decision-making
