We’re looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Head Office team in Kings Hill, Kent. As a talented Financial Analyst in this role, you will leverage your financial expertise and analytical skills to play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making across the company.
Responsibilities include:
- Build and maintain financial analysis tools using Power BI to integrate data across departments (Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc.)
- Ensure data accuracy through meticulous checks and reconciliations
- Analyse financial data, identify trends and variances, and provide insights for senior stakeholders
- Investigate and report on key financial issues for Financial and Operational leadership
- Compile management reports focusing on benchmarking key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Track and report on both volumetric and non-financial information, including Group-specific KPIs
- Assist with Group and Regional consolidations for financial reporting, adhering to IFRS standards
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through standard KPIs and benchmarking across the Group
Essential:
- ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
- Prior experience in a financial role with a proven track record of detailed and insightful financial analysis
- Advanced Excel skills is essential
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical, numerical, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with colleagues across various departments
- Sound IFRS knowledge
Desirable:
- Strong proficiency in Power BI
- Experience with Group consolidations is advantageous
