Science In Sport Group is a world leader in sports and performance nutrition. We have two highly regarded brands; SiS and PhD Nutrition, which provide optimal performance nutritional solutions for professional athletes, sports and fitness enthusiasts, and the active lifestyle community.
The SEO and Content Manager is a pivotal role in our strategy to elevate both our PhD and SiS websites, collaborating with Tech, Brand, and Marketing to drive change and be part of a process-driven team. You will be experienced in organic growth and SEO strategies, leading on content changes, and advising the team on best practices and industry guidance.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09.00 - 17.00

Your 4 most important responsibilities:
- Ownership of the process of content going onto our .com sites, being the gatekeeper and leading with your technical insight on URL structures, keywords, and best-in-class imagery.
- Ownership of the SEO strategy, driving it forward, acting as an internal agency across the digital business.
- Collaboration with the marketing team to define the keyword strategy, set URL structures, and bring our partnerships to life online.
- Provision of insights on key content and growth areas to Brand teams, aligning with growth goals and helping to maximise acquisition goals to increase relevant and quality site traffic and organic rankings.
Accountability – what you are responsible for delivering:
- A brand-led experience on site and seamless customer journeys.
- Content plans across web and CRM to drive the brands forward.
- New pages to accommodate and support the overall commercial strategy of .com.
- SEO audits of brands with comprehensive clean-up tasks monthly and as required.
- Good site health, with checks in place to prioritise and resolve issues.
- Circulating a monthly SEO report to key stakeholders with commentary, analysis, and next steps/suggested optimisations.

- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Adobe Commerce (Magento).
- Project management, ability to analyse marketing and web data, as well as organising and briefing new content.
- An advocate of process, able to implement it across multiple teams within digital.
- Extensive knowledge of SEMRush, Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Ability to multitask and work across multiple products and audience types.
- Ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally, with strong communication and presentation skills.
