Our OEM Client based in Sutton Coldfield is searching for a Delivery Analyst to join their team, Inside IR35. This is a 12-month contract position until May 2026. Umbrella Pay Rate: Up to £28.19 per hour.

Trading Division (TD) is an area within the new Supply Chain division which supports the development of new and existing markets through the construction of global supply chain networks, supplying products for vehicles built in the UK and overseas. TD plays a key role in reinforcing our client's position as a truly global company.

This role is primarily responsible for supporting the delivery of new vehicle programme launches across the global business, supplying parts for pre-production builds.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Support the end-to-end supply of component parts for new vehicle programme pre-production builds in UK and overseas manufacturing facilities.
  • Understand customer requirements.
  • Prepare customer quotations.
  • Raise orders.
  • Support the Release & Follow-up team.
  • Coordinate with customers and logistics partners like Syncreon to manage outbound shipments.
  • Manage stakeholders across all key internal TD functions: Supply Chain Management, Import/Exports Operations, Account Management, Finance, and external departments including customer programme teams, Plant MP&L, and 3PLs to ensure timely fulfillment of material and programme requirements.
  • Track and monitor order status and provide regular updates to customers.
  • Perform any other work as directed by the line manager related to this role.
