We are seeking a Safety Training Manager to join an award-winning technical and energy services company, specializing in hard and soft FM. The company designs, builds, and maintains M&E infrastructure services across energy, engineering, and facilities sectors, focusing on low carbon energy solutions and innovative energy projects.
Responsibilities:
- Experience in all aspects of Health and Safety Training.
- Deliver core Health and Safety Training Courses.
- Develop and implement Training Plans for each Business Unit and Sector.
- Identify new training opportunities to enhance service delivery and team competency.
- Support the implementation of ISO Accreditations.
- Lead continuous improvement activities related to QSHE training across Business Units and Sectors.
This role involves approximately 4 days per week traveling to deliver training, primarily within and near the M25. The position is based in London or the Northern Home Counties, with 1 day per week at the office or home-based.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Ability to deliver a wide range of safety courses.
- Experience in Facilities Management M&E is preferred.
- Understanding of training requirements specific to M&E businesses.
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems.
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Training qualifications such as AET, CET, and DET (or equivalent).
The company offers a salary of £50,000-£55,000, along with a car allowance, health benefits, pension, and opportunities for career progression.
