A Day In The Life
- Utilize intermediate Excel skills to analyze data, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, etc.
- Partner with product managers and salespeople to research customer and market dynamics.
- Use market and customer knowledge to recommend pricing levels.
- Engage in pricing discussions with stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Create and maintain price quotes.
- Resolve pricing discrepancies quickly and accurately to ensure timely responses.
- Handle quick-turn requests for minor quote modifications.
- Perform quote comparisons.
- Interpret and communicate information from ERP systems and customer portals to customers.
- Maintain composure, empathy, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Complete aggregate increase analysis.
- Drive the quote renewal process to completion, on time, maintaining internal relationships.
- Schedule and lead high-value quote calls with internal decision-makers.
- Understand and apply metals clause appropriately.
- Utilize basic product knowledge to enhance decision-making.
- Interpret customer spreadsheets and respond appropriately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality, timely responses for customers.
- Work with order resolution, customer service, product management, and sales teams as needed.
